  • Applicants who have graduated or expect to graduate from a four-year university
  • Applicants who have earned or expect to earn a bachelor’s degree
  • Applicants who have a Type I or Advanced certificate issued under the Teachers License Act (22 years of age or older)

  • Applicants who have graduated from a vocational school or miscellaneous educational institution
  • Applicants who have graduated from a university of a foreign country which has a less than 16-year school system (except 6 of ‘A. No eligibility screening is required for the following individuals’ in Details on Eligibility Criteria)

Eligibility Screening
Submit documents by Monday, December 9, 2019.
The university conducts screening to assess whether applicants have academic ability equivalent or superior to university graduates.
   
Application Period
Friday, January 10 – Thursday, January 16, 2020.
The deadline is strictly observed.
Submit documents to the university where your prospective supervisor belongs to by hand or by post.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applicants who need special considerations due to disability must submit a designated application form, a medical certificate, and a copy of their disability certificate by Monday, December 9, 2019.
